This 4 week course is a guided experiential journey of unblocking the deeper roots of the core wound behind body shame and dysmorphia, offering practicals tools, practice, information and rituals to help you return to your body as your most sacred home, again and again, for the long haul.
This program is for women of all walks of life who share a unique experience with this pain, and are ready to witness and release a layer of it. It is for women who want to activate their deeper soul passions and offer their authentic gifts in the world, who know you have deep gifts to share but are seeking more confidence, energy or faith to step up and into your voice and power.
